Four new reheat coils will serve Floors 3 and 4 of Building 6, 1600 Clifton Road. The existing campus DDC control system will require expansion to allow four new thermostats and subsequent control of the heating coil valves. The estimated cost range of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Plans and specs will be available approximately 8/18/97. This project is set-aside for small business concerns.
