Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for improvements to G Street. These improvements include overlaying and widening of the existing pavement with asphalt. The work also includes grading and drainage, curb and sidewalk removal and replacement including handicap ramps, and sign removal and relocation. The work will also entail maintenance of traffic, erosion control, pavement marking, and seeding of disturbed areas. This contract is a firm fixed price construction project. Cost estimate is between $250,000-$500,000. Time for completion is 120 calendar days for the base bid, an additional 60 days will be added for a total of 180 days if option 1 is awarded.
