Z -- REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS AND LEAD PAINT AND DEMOLISH OUTBUILDINGS -- DANVILLE NATIONAL CEMETERY SOL IFB 658-36-97 DUE 091497 POC Sue Dye, (540) 983-1049 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision to perform asbestos containing material and lead paint abatement of the exteriors of the Danville National Cemetery Building, Service Building and Fuel Storage Building. The exterior of the Lodge shall be refurbished with new roofing, guttering, siding, painting, window security bars and top soil to replace lead contaminated soil along the perimeter. The Service and Fuel Storage Building are to be demolished and the area landscaped. This procurement is unrestricted. Cost estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC 1799 applies.
