Z -- REPLACE HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (PHASE C) SOL IFB 552-27-97 DUE 091597 POC Contracting Officer, Kathy Laffey-Miller, 937-262-2138 Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, tools and equipment to replace the High Voltage Electrical System (PHASE C), at the VA Medical Center, 4100 W. 3rd St., Dayton, Ohio 45428. Work generally involves the removal of High Voltage cable, transformers, secondary electrical services, installation of new High Voltage cable, padmount switches, transformers and secondary service switchboards, extension of High Voltage duct and manhole system, underground cable removal and installation, and street lights wiring. Standard Industrial Code is 1731. Estimated dollar value is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Work is to be completed within 270 days. Specs and Drawings will be available on or about 8/15/97, with payment of a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $100.00. All payment must be in the form of a Cashiers Check or Money order and made payment to the AGENT CASHIER, and accompany a written request on firm's letterhead, or walk-in request.
