This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is Amendment #001 to Solicitation #52TANS710090, air-conditioning published in the Commerce Business Daily on July 24, 1997. As a result of the site visit, additional clarification is necessary in regards to the electrical requirement of the installation. It is clarified as follows: There exists a 100 amp service at the location site of the unit. The contractor shall be responsible for the electrical installation to the new air-conditioning unit that shall include all wiring, conduit, switching and control boxes. The due date for proposals is still 3PM EST on August 14, 1997. All other terms and conditions stated in the July 24, 1997 notice remain the same. (0211)
