The Central Arizona Water Conservation District (CAWCD), Phoenix, Arizona requires competitive sealed proposals for designing, building, and/or furnishing stainless steel impellers for the main pumps at Mark Wilmer Pumping Plant, Lake Havasu, AZ. The primary objective of this procurement is to obtain replacement impellers that will have a predominant pulsation frequency other than 120 Hz and a significantly reduced pulsation magnitude. Either a model test or a computer guaranteed prediction shall be completed to identify the predominant frequency and magnitude of the pressure pulsations generated by an impeller with other than seven (7) blades.
