The Air Force is issuing Solicitation F41622-97-RA206 to Computrols Inc., 826 Lafayette Street, New Orleans, LA 70113. Brooks AFB presently has several EMCS configured buildings managed by Computrols. The requirement is for an Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS) upgrade of thirteen buildings on Brooks AFB TX. The EMCS upgrade will control and manage energy consumption in a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system (HVAC) as well as utility systems, such as electric distribution systems, water pumping, storage and distribution systems.
