The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), International Services (IS)has a requirement for consulting services to conduct a study and report on the feasibility of privitizing the constuction and/or management of the sterile screwworm production plant proposed to be constructed and operated in rural Panama in the near future. The project shall be completed within 90 days from the effective date of the contract (60 days is desirable). The successful contractor must have experience working with organizations in Latin American countries, assigne key personnel that are bilingual in Enlish/Spanish, and experienced in conducting privatization studies. A firm, fixed-price contract is anticipated. Offers will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. All interested companies may submit an offer and will be considered.
