WILDE (520) 533-2232 (Site Code DAAB07) The CECOM Acquisition Center, Fort Huachuca intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Commercial Services for Operational Support, Maintenance and Training at the Alternate Command Center, Howard Airforce Base, Panama. The period of performance (PoP) is one base year with four option years. The solicitation/RFP will be released on or about 6 Aug 97. This is a PAPERLESS document released via the Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB). NO HARDCOPY WILL BE MAILED. Following are instructions for download of this solicitation/RFP: a) A computer with a minimum of 8MB RAM and a modem with 28,800 baud is needed to download documents. b)Access to the EBB is provided by dialing the EBBS using any communication program, ANSI VT00 or RIPGRAPHIC. Use telephone numbers (520) 533-0132 thru 0139. c) Log in as a new user and create your password. You must give a legimitate address and name to receive status to download an RFP from the bulletin board. d) There is a 24 hour waiting period after initial logon for verification purposes before files can be down- loaded. e) Once you have been upgraded to customer status, there is a free WINDOWS.COM to download. The filename for the program is ISCCOBBS.EXE or .ZIP in the Main file directory. The modem data parameters are: 1) Data rate = 1200bps (Hayes Optima 28,8 V.FC modems are used. 2) Parity = No or None. 3) Data Bit = 8 bits. 4) Stop Bit = 1 bit.
