Repair to consist of cleaning and testing. Hydrostatic testing tube side and shell sides per manufacturers specified test pressures. Contractor will be required to pick up and deliver items from and to various locations within the Puget Sound area. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price annual requirements type contract with a period of performance from 18 Nov 97 through 17 Nov 98. Option years may included.
