Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR has a requirement for a contractor to furnish personnel and all equipment to weld, repair, and install a variety of materials used at the Central Incinerator Complex. These materials include Iconel, Hastelloy, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel. The contractor is required to perform repair work to RCRA incinerator systems, including the Fluid Bed Incinerator, the Rotary Deactivation Furnace, the Carbottom Furnace and the Central Afterburner and their associated components, including scrubbers, cyclone and duct. Contractor is required to have welding certification for each of the above listed materials and have confined space entry program which meets all OSHA requirements.
