The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-97-C-0093 with Northrop Grumman Corporation to perform a vibration analysis of data collected for EA-6B transmitters and a final report documenting the findings and conclusions of the analysis. Northrop Grumman is the sole designer and developer of the EA-6B aircraft, the only source in possession of the data and the only known source with the in-depth knowledge of the equipment necessary to perform the analysis.
