Furnish and install new 20 ton split condensing unit on roof to adapt with existing "Trane" air handler unit, capable of cooling and ventilating approx. 6000 sq. ft. of space. 2. A/C unit shall include an economizer to utilize outside air. 3. Utilize existing duct work to supply fresh air, in accordance with current air quality standards for ventilation. 4. Replace existing pneumatic controls with digital electronic controls. 5. Electrical: 3-phase 200 amp panel box required with approx. 300' of wire.
