The project consists of milling and placing hot asphalt concrete pavement on the Tenessee River Bridge; the surface preparation of the bridge rail by painting or metalizing; the installation of navigational lights with a solar power source; and other work. Principal items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Hot Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Class C, Grading D, 1,500 tons; Lighting installation, LPSM; Surface preparation, steel structure, LPSM; Containment system and worker protection plan, LPSM.
