a new Tri-City Branch, Hollywood, FL Postal facility located at the
northside of Mirami Pkwy west of SW 148th Ave (adjacent to I-75),
containing approximately 26,000 sq ft of floor space. The work
includes, but is not limited to, steel frame construction, concrete,
masonry, carpentry, modified bitumen roofing, insulation, hollow metal
doors, metal studs, gyp board, ceramic tile, resilent flooring, vinyl
composition tile flooring, carpet, painting, store fixtures,
landscaping, electrical, mechanical, utilities and other work
associated with postal facilities. A TWENTY PERCENT (20%) PROPOSAL BOND
IS REQUIRED WITH EACH PROPOSAL. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS WILL BE
REQUIRED FROM THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR. Cost range: $2,300,000 --
