The power factor correction capacitors will be located in fenced structures, along pole lines, or in Building Numbers 66, 136 and 316. Each of the substations consist of pad mounted transformers, bus structures, switch gear and 34.5kv overhead transmission lines into each substation, and 15kv overhead and underground feeders out of each substation.
