The work includes asbestos abatement, removal of existing built up roofing and rigid insulation, modifications of stone parapets, removal and rebuilding of portions of the roof deck and structure, and installation of a new built up roof system using modified bitumen built up roofing. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The estimated performance period is 45 calendar days. This solicitation is unrestricted.
