The work of this project consists of the rehabilitation of a one-story 4,600 s.f. masonry Maintenance Building and the installation of new overhead doors and hollow metal doors at one-story 2,400 s.f. Storage Building at Saratoga National Historical Park, Stillwater, New York. Work includes installation of a structural standing seam metal roof over new prefabricated roof trusses, installation of insulation, replacement of overhead doors, replacement of hollow metal doors and frames, replacement of window systems, and modification to the hot water heating system. Work shall include all labor, material, equipment and incidentals as required for complete operable system installations and as per the drawings and specifictions. This solicitation is issued pursuant to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and is open to all concerns regardless of size.
