Work shall consist of but is not limited to: masonry restoration cleaning, masonry restoration and etc. Clean and refurbish deteriorated brick and stone jointing for Buildings #1 and Building #11 in order to retarred water infiltration and for aesthetics. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed contract is Full and Open. All responsible sources may submit a bid. There is a $30.00 NONREFUNDABLE CHARGE FOR SOLICITATION PACKAGES in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK OR A CASHIER's CHECK.
