Work shall include but not be limited to the following: HVAC, plumbing and electrical work as detailed on the drawings and described in the specifications for the installation of an air handling unit with steam coil, associated ductwork and diffusers, piping equipment and controls as required. Contractor must follow all applicable codes and regulations and all work must be accomplished in a first class manner.
