Owens (757) 322-4500 The work includes the construction of two (2) new public restroom facilities at the SP and Breezy Park Areas and the renovation of an existing public restroom facility at Breezy Park. The SP facility is concrete masonry/brick walls, concrete floor slab, ceramic tile finished floors/wainscot, operable windows, pitched wood roof trusses, and metal roofing. The SP Areas has four (4) plumbing fixtures each in both men's and women's rooms. The new Breezy Park facility is concrete masonry/wood siding walls, concrete floor slab, ceramic tile finished floors/wainscot, operable windows, pitched wood roof trusses, and asphalt shingle roofing. The renovation of the existing Breezy Park facility includes removal of asbestos and lead-containing paint, the replacement of all plumbing fixtures (five (5) each in women's, six (6) each in men's) ceramic tile finished floor/wainscot and pitched wood roof trusses with asphalt shingle roofing. Also included in the work for all facilities is electric heating, lights, pump station/force main sanitary systems, landscaping and incidental related work.
