The interior of Building U-20 will be demolished; exterior doors, mechanical and electrical systems will be replaced. New interior finishes, acoustical ceiling materials, doors, aluminum windows and incidental related work is included. Fire alarm and automatic fire sprinkler systems shall be provided and incidental related work. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 18 August 1997.
