contract to Raytheon Texas Instruments Systems (RTIS), P.O. 660246, M/S
3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246, for the procurement of AGM-88C High-speed
Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) hardware and software guidance
enhancements, functional improvements, modifications, validation
testing and documentation. This effort is the result of an
international agreement with Germany and Italy to co-develop these
enhancements. TI is the designer, developer and sole producer of the
HARM weapon system and the only firm possessing the knowledge and
intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet these requirements. --
