Bodo, Contracting Officer, (505) 766-2884 Correction: This action originally publicized in the CBD as synopsis number 1692, dated October 2, 1996, is amended as number 96-3C. Five sentences are amended/inserted: 1. The number of Indefinite Quantity Contracts are changed from "10" to "16". The sentence now reads in its entirety as "The BIA intends to award the following Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity contracts in the first quarter of FY' 98: sixteen (16) for planning and design services, provided that this number of firms meet the Bureau's selection criteria." 2. The "minimum value" is changed from $1,300.00 to $500.00. The sentence now reads in its entirety as "Each IQC will have a minimum value of $500.00 payable at the end of the last option year the IQC is in effect if no Task Orders were issued." 3. After "...on the following selection criteria listed in the order of importance." insert "The only criteria that will be evaluated are the following nine (9) items. Submittal item numbers "iv." and "v.", listed later in this announcement, will not be a basis for evaluation and selection, although such information will be reviewed at the time of negotiations with selectees." 4.
