The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking to identify firms capable of evaluating and commenting to the Authority, on the physical properties of ASTM Standards for Viscosity, Solids, Elongation, Flash Point, Shrinkage and Tensile Strength for Single Component Polyurethane Water Reactive Hydrophilic Sealing and Grouting Chemical. These are required to determine compliance with ASTM Standards. These comments should be at no cost to the Authority. Firm(s) must have experience on similar efforts. A Firm Fixed Price requirements contract is anticipated with a base period of 12 months and two (2) one year options upon development of specifications (if necessary).
