Drydock blast and paint hull, replace zincs, clean/preserve tanks, ultrasonic testing. Install life rails, non-skid deck and deck house, replace halon system, relocate high level alarm panel, repair/replace valves, install misc lighting, replace tank level indicators, additional repairs as noted in the solicitation package. Sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair/Master Ship Repair Agreement DFAR 217.71 prior to award may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. Frims which do not, possess an Agreement for Boat Repair/Master Ship Repair Agreement are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of their MSR application to execute the ABR/MSRA without impacting the vessel's availability dates.
