The Coast Guard intends to modify existing contract DTCG38-95-D-30021 for rework of HH-60J Gearbox and related components by changing the estimated annual quantities for the following CLINs: Item 0015, Accessory Gearbox, NSN 1615-01-078-5718, P/N 70351-08080-043, decrease quantity from 2 per year to 1 per year; Item 0017, Main Module Assembly, NSN 1560-01-289-4810, P/N 70351-38100-047, increase quantity from 8 per year to 12 per year; Item 0019, Tail Gearbox, NSN 1615-01-372-5467, P/N 70358-26600-045 OR NSN 1615-01-291-7572, P/N 70358-26600-044, increase quantity from 10 each to 12 each; Item 0024, Main Module Assembly, NSN 1560-01-289-4810, P/N 70351-38100-047, increase quantity from 8 per year to 12 per year; Item 0031, Main Module Assembly, NSN 1560-01-289-4810, P/N 70351-38100-047, increase quantity from 8 per year to 12 per year. The Coast Guard does not own, not can it provide drawings or specifications for these items. The Coast Guard intends to negotiate with the Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM), Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., as the only known NAVICP-PICA certified repair agent. Offerors, other than the OEM, must possess NAVICP-PICA certification as a certified repair agent and must provide proof of such prior to contract award. ? Information regarding NAVICP-PICA certification may be obtained from NAVICP (Code 073), 700 Robbins Blvd., Philadelphia, PA, (215-697-1236). There is no formal solicitation document. Interested parties, other than the OEM, must provide written responses to this synopsis including prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability and a copy of the PICA certification.
