The contractor must provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary for collection and transportation of samples from Federal employees or applicants under a strict chain of custody. The contractor must have the capability to collect specimens in any city in the United States. The period of performance will be for a base year of twelve (12) months and four (4) option years.
