Q -- PHARMACY SERVICES SOL RFQ 275-0052-7 DUE 091097 POC Stefanie Kongable, (913) 682-8700, extension 613 The Bureau of Prisons, North Central Regional Office, is soliciting for pharmacy services for federal prisoners. Services include dispensing of medication ordered by health care providers, advising health care providers on matters of drug therapies, and counseling inmates on drug therapies and providing education relative to all dispensed drugs. The provider must have a degree as a pharmacist from an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed to practice pharmacy in at least one state of the United States. Services will be provided at the Federal Prison Camp, Yankton, South Dakota. Services will be required for a one-year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantity for each 12-month period of the contract is 30 one-hour sessions per week. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business.
