This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to conduct a test of the prioritized strategic health professions education plan of the Academic-Community Partnership Health Education Planning Project of Maine. The period of performance is 12 months. The University of Maine, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
