This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to conduct a demonstration project to provide insight regarding a cluster-type approach versus a categorical program approach for health professions training programs administered by BHPR. The period of performance is 12 months. The Medical University of South Carolina, South Carolina Area Health Education Consortium is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
