Garcia (301) 443-5116 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the Health Services Research Center, University of North Carolina, CB #7590, 725 Airport Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27599-7590. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to conduct a two-day hands-on conference workshop for state analysts and other analysts interested in applying workforce modeling at sub-national levels. The conference/workshop will have a State/sub national focus with a combination of didactic, informational sessions on the supply and General Services Demand (GSD) models, and hands-on workshops for the IRM. The period of performance is one year. The Health Services Research Center, University of North Carolina is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
