Training and consultation services are for the management and development of federal agencies and workgroups. Knoweldge and experience in occupational health is a benefit. 3) Is this RFP final or to screen those qualified to work? This RFQ will be awarded as a multi-award, blanket purchase agreement (BPA). Those awarded a BPA will then be asked to compete the specific requirements as they come up over the life of the contract. 4) The training sample should include the instructor's guides, evaluation sheets, etc. 5) The Government will cover printing costs for materials to be disseminated to participants.
