This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to produce and disseminate a report on existing standards and guidelines for EMSC with the ultimate goal of improving pediatric emergency care. The period of performance is 12 months. The National Association of Children's Hospital and related Institutions, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
