Construct Vehicle Wash Rack for the Air National Guard Base at Kingsley Field, Klamath Falls, Oregon. The 173rd Fighter Wing requires the construction of a new vehicle wash facility with associated equipment. The work consists of removing existing paving, provide new asphaltic concrete paving, extend utilities and construct building. Building will be appoximateley 2,000 SF pre-engineered metal on reinforced concrete slab on grade. Equipment required supports a closed effluent treatment system. The construction contract will be a firm fixed price contract between $250,000 and $500,000. The construction period for this project is 120 calendar days. This project originally bid June 6, 1997 and was re-issued July 28, 1997.
