Z -- STRUCTURAL REPAIRS TO BUILDING # 16 SOL IFB 542-26-97 DUE 090597 POC Harry Pearson, Contract Specialist, 610-383-0202 The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the structural rehabilitation to the reinforced concrete first floor framing system. The work will include structural strengthening by burnishing of exposed rusted concrete rebar, application of epoxy grout to bring concrete joists to original shape, adding of extra channels to support existing joists, and any required demolition to prepare for the above work. All work will be in accordance with the supplied specifications and contract drawings. This Solicitation is available for Full and Open competition. The cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
