The work will include replacement of fire damper fusible links, replacement of fire rated doors and frames, sprinkler system modifications, and sealing of penetrations through smoke and fire barriers in multiple buildings. All work will be in accordance with the supplied specifications, contract drawings, and all federal, state and local codes and regulations. This Solicitation is available for Full and Open competition. The cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
