The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Mt. Weather Emergency Assistance Center (MWEAC), Bluemont, VA intends to negotiate with York International Corp., Columbia, MD to provide conversion and modification services to the existing York air conditioning chillers. Equipment is located at the aforementioned address and exists in a controlled area, therefore, the Contractor performing the services must possess a current Top Secret Facility clearance. York is currently providing preventive maintenance services on the chillers under a separate contract and does possess the required clearance. Equipment to be modified: York Turbomodulator Chiller, Mdl #TM450N46B, Serial #557 and York Turbomodulater Chiller, Mdl #TM450N46B, Serial #592. Interested persons may respond by identifying their capability to perform the required conversion/modification services and shall provide proof that they are an authorized York representative who can provide York parts and equipment.
