sought/market survey of industry to see if there are potential
contractors who have a commercial, non-developmental product to meet
the government's requirements. The requirement is for a stand-alone
microprocessor controlled gamma spectroscopy environmental monitoring
system for determining the type and amount of radioactive material in
environmental samples and to monitor the possible uptake or radioactive
material to personnel occupationally exposed to radioactivity. Optional
equipment includes an internal monitoring system and a control system
for remote, off-site access. Minimum requirements and further
