On a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Lockheed Martin Information Systems, 12506 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, Florida 32825, the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a modification under Contract N00019-94-C-0222 for redesign, demonstration and testing of the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Asset Controller. Lockheed Martin Corporation is the sole source designer, developer, integrator and primary manufacturer of the CASS station and is the only firm with the knowledge, experience and technical data to meet the Government's requirements within the timeframes required.
