Taylor, Contract Specialist (757) 441-6888 The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Coastal Center (CSC) is seeking to procure sevices to help coordinate the production and utilization of satellite remote sensing imagery to examine the distribution and changes occurring witthin coastal habitats of the State of Oregon. CSC is national coastal science and resource advisory center that draws on the expertise of NOAA and its partners to foster long-term economic prosperity and social wel being through the sustainable use and wise management of coastal resources. In order to better understand and manage living marine resources the Coastal Change Analysis Program (C-CAP) at CSC is developing a comprehensive and nationally standardized information system to assess changes in land cover and benthic habitat in coastal regions of the United States.
