The U.S. Postal Service intend to award a competitive indefinite delivery indefinite Quantity type contract to a pre-qualified company who can provide transaction processing monitor software, maintenance, training and technical support services. Pre-qualification analysis of companies was performed and it has been determined that only two companies will only be solicited. Pre-qualification consisted of companies capabilities and product line compared against stringent and complex technical conformance requirements of the U.S. Postal Service computing environment.
