Work to be performed by the contractor applies to all parts of the Kitchen Equipment to include, but not limited to motors, controls, linkage, fasteners, switches, tracks, thermostats, trollies, hinges, electrical wiring, buttons, knobs, closers, contacts, relays, valves, elements, grills, grates, burners, gaskets, seals, and orfices. Contractor shall adjust, lubricate, calibrate, log and initiate warranty proceedures on all equipment.
