This is a solicitation for maintenance assistance to the Peoria Housing Authority in Peoria, Illinois. The successful contractor will perform an assessment of the maintenance operations, evaluate property sites, create a proposed Maintenance-Management plan, and implement major components of this proposed plan. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this procurement is 8742. See Numbered Note 1. The contract period is estimated to be 22 months with no options to extend the term of the contract. This procurement is being solicited using simplified acquisition procedures, and the value of this contract shall not exceed $100,000.
