Kimball Jr. (410) 278-2373 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army Garrison at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland has a requirement for Post-Wide Underground Utility Locating. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsive, responsible small business offerors will be considered. The solicitation is a Request For Proposals (RFP) that has estimated hours based upon historical data derived from the current contract, DAAD05-94-D-7028, with Accurate Locating, Inc.. The RFP has five 12-month performance periods; a Base Year and 4 Option Years. The proposed contract will be a Requirements-Type contract where the hourly rates are firm-fixed-priced for each performance period. Individual firm-fixed-priced Delivery Orders will be issued against the requirements-type contract for the locating work when it becomes available. The contractor selected will provide all the necessary personnel, management and/or supervision, office equipment, office supplies, transportation, materials, tools, and equipment required to perform UTILITY LOCATING, VACUUM EXCAVATION (TEST HOLES), and SURVEYING/DRAFTING services related to excavation/digging permits; including, but not limited to, locating, marking, staking, mapping, GPS and/or conventional surveying, and as-built location drawings and data.
