Contractor shall provide all labor and resources for factory authorized introduction and on-site training. Training will be provided prior to the equipment being delivered or as soon as possible after delivery of equipment.A training schedule will be coordinated with the Chief, Medical Imaging Department. Training is anticipated to be for (1) one month. Delivery will be to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, 4212 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Lease to purchase agreement shall be for 60 consecutive monthly installments. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items applies.
