Project consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to construct approximately 5,000 linear feet of barbed wire exclusionary fencing along Blue Line Creek at Point Reyes National Seashore, Marin County, CA. Work will include the construction of eight 12 foot barbed wire gates and removal and disposal of old fencing wherever it interferes with new fence construction. Fencing shall be 5 wire, 4 ft high, using wooden line posts at 15 ft spacing and 7-1/2 ft stay spacing. Single H braces will be installed at ends, both sides of gates, and at 350 ft intervals. Double H braces will be installed at direction changes and major slope changes. Rise and dip posts will be installed as needed. Wire shall be 15-1/2 gauge high tensile, 2-pt, class 3, galvanized, with minimum breaking load of 950 pounds meeting ASTM-A121. All wood shall be CCA pressure treated. Project completion time is 60 days. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is unrestricted.
