Contractor will use plans and specification providing site clearing, earthwork, concrete and stone, structural steel, rough carpentry, casework, exterior insulation finish system, metal roofing, sheet metal, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances and storefronts, hardware, glazing, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, electronic surveillance equipment. The estimated construction cost range is $1,800,000 to $2,100,000. The performance period is 240 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice-to-Proceed. The solicitation package will be available on or about August 5, 1997, and may be obtained by remitting a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $65.00 per set.
