PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Construction of a landfill cap and erosion control measures at Galena Airport, Alaska on approx. 30.65 acres. Magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 -- $5,000,000.00. Performance period is 450 calendar days from the NTP. Solicitation will be available on or about 08 AUG 97 with a BOD of 08 SEP 97.
