Tansino, Contracting Officer, (617) 242-5663 The work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide a complete and separate intrusion alarm system and fire detection system, by upgrade and/or replacement of existing building intrusion and fire detection systems, re-using existing components and wiring where feasible, and introducing new components, wiring, and panels as required into separate integrated systems. All intrusion and fire detection systems shall annunciate to one master panel dedicated to each system, with sub-panels for each system at individual buildings. Work is to be performed in three buildings at the Adams Street Site, and two buildings at the Frankline Street Site. This acquisition is subject to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and is open to all concerns regardless of size. The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 to $250,000.
